To ensure a professional and organized experience for both parties, please carefully read and understand the following Terms of Service before initiating a commission. By commissioning me, you agree to abide by these terms.Commission Agreement:
• By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
• Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your commission, with no entitlement to a refund.Payment:
• All commissions are to be paid upfront upon mutual agreement. The accepted currency for payment is United States Dollars (USD).
• Works in progress will only be provided if explicitly requested before the commencement of the commission or for commissions with a total cost of $50 USD or more.Wait Times:
• I prioritize delivering high-quality art to my clients, and my artistic process can be deliberate and time-consuming.
• I am unable to provide a turn around time for pieces. You may reach out at any time to ask questions about your piece or for any updates.Copyright and Usage Rights:
• As a commissioner, you are granted the right to use the copyrighted works for personal purposes.
• You are not allowed to reproduce these products without explicit permission.
• You are prohibited from editing or removing watermarks from the artworks.Commercial Rights:
• If you wish to purchase commercial rights (rights to reproduce) for the commissioned work, this can be acquired for 300% of the original cost of the work.
• A 3% commission fee must be paid for each profit made from the commercial use of the work(s).Cancellation and Refund:
• I reserve the express right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
• Once payments have been made towards a commission, you have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me.
• You may cancel the commission at any point before payments are made towards the commission.Chargebacks:
• Chargebacks are strictly forbidden. If you initiate a chargeback, you forfeit any rights to the artworks I have created for you, and I have the right to sell these copyrighted works to other buyers.
• You will be prohibited from commissioning me in the future.
• I also reserve the right to file a complaint and claim any and all money received for commissions in the event of a chargeback.Commission Edits:
• Any requested edits to the commissioned work must be made before the next stage of the process begins.
• Edits requested after this point may not be accommodated, but under certain circumstances, changes can be considered.
• If necessary, a commission may be canceled due to requested edits, but this does not entitle you to a refund._{Please note that these Terms of Service are subject to change.
